and power uses.
COMMERCIAL HEATING
Subject to 10% penalty if not paid by the penalty date shown on
the bill. Monthly minimum $11.98 with 256 KWH allowed on minimum.
No penalty on minimum bills.
Commercial heating rate for separately metered electrical heating
and combined air conditioning units.
POWER
Monthly minimum 25 cents per connected horsepower or KVA installed
capacity, whichever is greater, but not less than $14.41 or 190
KWH. Subject to 10% penalty if not paid by the penalty shown on
the bill.
Applicable to: General power purposes of customers using
electrical service exclusively for manufacturing, processing and
production and requiring in such industrial operations a connected
load of 25 KVA or more. Lighting not to exceed 20% of total installed
capacity is permitted.
PURCHASED POWER AND FUEL ADJUSTMENT CLAUSE
For the six month billing period of April through September or October through March, the City
shall determine the total amount in dollars by which the purchased power cost plus City generation
fuel cost exceeds or is below the production of $0.0384 times total kWh purchased and generated
during that period. This excess or deficit amount shall be divided by the actual or estimated total
kWh billed to the City's customers and pro-rated to each customer on the basis of his kWh usage and
entered as a "Purchased Power and Fuel Adjustment" on their monthly bill.
RENTAL LIGHTS
Mercury Vapor Rental Light
Residential or Commercial - $4.57 per month.
A one-time installation fee of $50.00 will be required when a pole has to be set.
One year's fees will be required to be paid in advance prior to the installation of a rental light.
High Pressure Sodium Rental Light
Commercial - $9.54 per month.
A one-time installation fee of $50.00 will be required when a pole has to be set.
